Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Console 3D, provided by Dream Box Studio, handles information when you use our website, Windows software, account services and support.

1. Information we process

• Account information: your account identifier, email address, email verification status and basic profile information supplied by your chosen sign-in provider. Google sign-in is handled by Google and Firebase Authentication; Console 3D does not receive your Google password. Email/password sign-in is processed by Firebase Authentication.
• Credits and payments: account-linked credit balances, purchases, usage entries, payment/order identifiers, amounts, currency and verification status. When checkout is available, Razorpay processes payment details. Our credit backend uses payment verification records rather than storing full card numbers, CVVs or UPI PINs.
• Project content: drawings, reference images, instructions, selected objects, previews and generated outputs used in a workflow. Native project outputs are saved to the location selected on your PC. Local storage does not mean every operation stays offline: content needed for an online AI or rendering request is sent to the relevant provider.
• Technical and support information: service request/error information, connection metadata such as IP address, and information you choose to send to support. Hosting and service providers may process technical logs to operate and secure their services.

2. Why we use this information

We use information to authenticate accounts, provide requested design workflows, keep the website and desktop credit balance consistent, verify payments, prevent duplicate credit grants and misuse, diagnose errors, answer support requests and meet applicable record-keeping obligations.

3. Google sign-in

Google sign-in is used to identify and authenticate your Console 3D account. It does not give Console 3D access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive documents or contacts. Account information is used for sign-in and account-related services. You can review or revoke Google account access through your Google Account settings; revoking access is separate from requesting deletion of Console 3D records.

4. Service providers and sharing

Relevant providers include Google/Firebase for authentication, database and hosting services; the hosting provider serving a particular deployment; Razorpay for available checkout workflows; and OpenAI/ChatGPT for selected AI and rendering workflows. Provider processing may take place outside your country and is governed by their applicable terms and privacy policies.

When a render is sent through your own ChatGPT account, the prompt, camera images and selected references are processed within that account. The current app charges 50 Console 3D credits for each successfully downloaded render. A WhatsApp support link opens WhatsApp; information you send there is processed by WhatsApp and our support team. Share only content you are authorized to use, and remove confidential client details that are unnecessary for the request.

Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or where necessary to investigate misuse and protect accounts and services.

5. Browser and device storage

The website uses browser session storage for sign-in tokens and temporary login/checkout state. The desktop app stores information needed to continue your work and sign-in session. Third-party authentication, payment and rendering services may use their own cookies or storage. Signing out and clearing browser storage can remove local session data but does not erase server-side account or transaction records.

6. Retention and deletion

Account and service records are retained as needed to provide the service, resolve payment or credit issues, maintain security and satisfy applicable obligations. Some transaction and security records may need to be kept after account closure. No fixed deletion deadline is promised by this policy. Local project files remain on your PC until you remove them; third-party accounts and copies are subject to the relevant provider's controls.

To request access, correction or deletion of your Console 3D account data, email team.dreamboxstudio@gmail.com from your registered email address. We may need to verify account ownership before acting. Please do not send passwords, payment PINs or API keys.

7. Security and your choices

Account services use authenticated requests, and credit grants require server-side verification. No system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your devices and accounts, avoid sharing login credentials, and use only reference files you have permission to submit. You can choose whether to use online workflows, contact support or request account deletion; some features require an account or external service.

8. Changes and contact
